Al Jazeera’s internship program is recognized the winner of a Bronze Stevie Award in the Best Youth Employment Strategy Category, on Monday, 18 September in New York City.

The Al Jazeera's Human Resources Division has won two silver awards at the Brandon Hall Global Excellence Awards, in recognition of two programs: Leadership Development program and Internship program.

Al Jazeera has won nine prestigious dotCOMM Awards. A Platinum dotOMM award was given for the year-long campaign seeking justice for the slain journalist Shireen Abu Akleh, as well as for the revamping of Al Jazeera's corporate website​ and the innovative internal communication portal, 'Tawasul.' 

Al Jazeera scooped five top prizes and two Highly Commended second places at the 2023 Drum Online Media Awards (OMA). The winners were announced on June 13 at the Drum OMA’s annual awards ceremony in London.

The Global Brand & Communications Division has been recognised with a 2023 Viddy Platinum award for Al Jazeera Media Network’s virtual tour. The Viddy Platinum award recognises projects that the judges deem are written, produced, shot, and edited in an exceptional manner.

The investigative report, Migration with a Fake Passport: Brokers and Black Market for European Travel Documents, produced by Al Jazeera's Slow Journalism Unit, has been honoured with the prestigious Samir Kassir Award for Investigative Journalism in Beirut.

The Al Jazeera Media Network has won nine "Shorty" Awards, including two Gold, one Silver, three Bronze and three Audience Honours in the fifteenth annual Shorty Awards honouring excellence in online media. Winners were announced May 24th in New York City.

Al Jazeera Media Network was awarded the ISO 27701 certification for data management and privacy protection by the British Standards Institution (BSI). This accomplishment comes after a comprehensive review of the Network's data protection management systems and practices.

Al Jazeera Media Network has won over 100 Telly Awards, including 16 gold, and over 80 silver and bronze awards.

Al Jazeera Documentary channel film, The Mother of All Lies, has won two awards at the 76th edition of the Cannes International Film Festival in 2023.

The AJ+’s series “Direct From with Dena Takruri” has won a Peabody award in the category of News for their video “One Day In Hebron”. The video, which has over 1.7 million views on YouTube, shows host Dena Takuri return to Hebron, the once-vibrant Palestinian city where her father was born and raised. 

Against steep competition, Al Jazeera Digital’s Slow Journalism/Features unit has won a prestigious Amnesty Media Award recognising outstanding human rights journalism.

Al Jazeera Balkans reporter Nadina Maličbegović is the winner of the "Journalist of the Year 2022" award, chosen by the jury of the Association of Journalists of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The plaque was presented to her on Wednesday evening in Banja Luka.

Al Jazeera Digital's Eat This with Yara and Decoded, hosted by Hollywood actor Amr Waked, have scooped three top prizes in the 27th annual Webby Awards announced April 25, in New York.

Al Jazeera English was named ‘Broadcaster of the Year’ at the 2023 New York Festivals TV & Film Awards for the seventh consecutive year.

Al Jazeera Digital has won a Gracie Award for excellence in work produced by, for, and about women. The award went to Malika Bilal, the host of The Take, Al Jazeera Digital’s flagship news and current affairs podcast.

Al Jazeera English’s Fault Lines has won the Overseas Press Club’s Edward R. Murrow award for the documentary “No Country for Haitians.”The award honors the “best TV, video or documentary interpretation of international affairs with a run time up to 30 minutes.”

Al Jazeera English's current affairs programme Fault Lines has won a George Polk award, in the category of Foreign Television Reporting, for its short news documentary, The Killing of Shireen Abu Akleh. 

Al Jazeera Digital has won five medals in the second annual Anthem Awards for purpose and mission-driven work. The wins, announced February 15, were conferred for a range of English and Arabic news content, including podcasts, political cartoons, interactives and interactive websites.

Al Jazeera Balkans website is the winner of the "Best of the Region" Award chosen by the audience of the Serbian magazine PC Press as part of the "Top 50 Best Online Things for 2022​" Awards.

Al Jazeera Media Network has won eight awards at 2022 Signal Awards for excellence in podcasting. The winners were announced online on January 10. Al Jazeera’s The Take won four awards. It collected the gold for Individual Episodes, News & Politics/Listener's Choice for its episode, The war that opened Europe's borders.

Al Jazeera Media Network has been recognised as the “Top Employer in Qatar” for 2023, by the Top Employers Institute. 

Al Jazeera Balkans channel's Predrag Tomovi, Journalist, has received Best Ethical Reporting Awad from the Association of Professional Journalists of Montenegro (DPN). The awarding ceremony was held on January 23, coinciding the celebration of Journalists' Day.

Edhem Fočo, the Director of the AJB DOC Film Festival, was chosen as the Man of The Year 2022 according to the Ladies In magazine. The publishers of Ladies In magazine, one of the most popular magazines in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
