The Top Employers Institute programme certifies organisations based on the participation and results of their Best HR Practices Survey. This survey covers six HR domains consisting of 20 topics including People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Wellbeing and more.

Khalid Johar, Executive Director of the Human Resources and Administration Division at Al Jazeera Media Network said, “This award is a testament to the hard work and dedication that our HR Division has put into creating an environment of success for our staff across the Network.”

Khalid Johar further added: “We, at Al Jazeera, strive to create a work environment that puts people first. We provide our employees with the necessary resources and opportunities to do their best and succeed. Our passion lies in promoting a culture of positivity, knowledge, and skill-building, enabling our people to reach their highest potential. It is an honour to be recognised for our efforts."

Top Employers Institute CEO, David Plink, stated: “In our Top Employers Certification Program this year, we have witnessed exceptional performance from the certified Top Employers 2023.
