Zakir Smailagic, commenced the role of Manager of Al Jazeera Media Institute’s Training Department in April 2023. He joined the Network in 2010, taking on the roles of HR Director for Al Jazeera Balkans. Since 2012 he took on the roles of Talent Manager and Learning Solution Manager in Qatar. Zakir is ICF-trained coach with an extensive background in Human Resources, Talent Management, and Learning & Development prior to Al Jazeera. He holds Master’s Degree in CIPD HR from Sheffield University in the UK. |
