Majeed Bo Tamin is a principal presenter of sports news at Al Jazeera Channel (Arabic). He joined the Network in May 2006. In addition to presenting bulletins, he covered international events and championships, including the FIFA World Cups in South Africa, Brazil and Russia, world athletics championships and world handball championships in numerous countries.
Before joining Al Jazeera, he worked as a football commentator and sports news presenter at Dubai Sports Channel and as a sports reporter from Algeria for Abu Dhabi Sports Channel. He started his media career in the Sports Department of Algerian Radio and then Algerian Television.
