Ayman Gaballah has over 30 years of experience in TV news. He helped launch several Arabic news channels such as Al Arabiya, Saudi Al Ekhbariya, Abu Dhabi News, the Egyptian Satellite, Al Jazeera Mubasher, and Al Jazeera Mubasher Misr.
Ayman was among the first generation of journalists who wrote about the early history of Al Jazeera in 1996. He served as the deputy chief editor for Al Jazeera Arabic Channel for six years. In 2005, he led the launch of Al Jazeera Mubasher Channel and became its managing director in 2010.
In the field of journalism, Ayman has made important contributions, including covering two Israeli elections in 1999-2000, the liberation of South Lebanon in 2000, and the invasion of Iraq in 2003.
Ayman has conducted important interviews for TV as well as writing many articles in print and online throughout his career.
