Sanja Fazlagić is a Director of TV News at Al Jazeera Balkans. A native of Sarajevo, Bosnia-Herzegovina, with nearly 30 years of experience in journalism. A passion for news and international affairs led Sanja to leave her home of many years in London, UK, for a challenge of building a brand new viewer experience from the very start at Al Jazeera Balkans. Breaking news, and mentoring young journalists, are Sanja’s favorite parts of the job. Seeing both succeed is a great professional satisfaction.
