Fida Bassil is a presenter at Al Jazeera Channel. Since 2019, she has been presenting news bulletins, in addition to "The Harvest" and "Beyond the News" programmes.
Fida was the first face on air on BBC Arabic at its second launch in 2008, and then moved to Al Araby channel in 2015. She has conducted field coverage of important events from around the world, including the US Elections and Russo-Ukrainian War. She interviewed presidents, ministers and prominent global figures.
