Mahmoud Mourad graduated from the School of Economics and Political Science at Cairo University. He started his career with political academic research and studies, passing through translation, then print and audio-visual journalism, until he landed in Al Jazeera in 2010.
Over the years, Mahmoud has written over hundreds of articles, presented radio and television programmes such as “The Top of the Hour”, “An Open Agenda”, “The Egyptian Scene”, “Conversation of the Revolution”, “Arab Reality”, “Beyond the News”, “The News Race”, “The Arab Poet”, & the Ramadan programme “Sharia and Life”.
Mahmoud also took a part on Al Jazeera’s new digital platform, “Atheer”, where he interviews guests.
