Al Jazeera’s immersive media studio "Contrast VR" produced its latest documentary titled Yemen’s Skies of Terror. The film provides a rare glimpse of life inside war-torn Yemen; a miserable life the Yemenis have been experiencing through the war that broke out three years ago. An experience resulted from the aerial bombardment and heavy artillery barrages by the Saudi-led coalition.

Filmed by journalists Manal Qaed Alwesabi and Ahmad Al Gohbari, equipped with 360-degree cameras, the documentary shows the toll the war is taking on those who live in a constant state of fear. They documented distressing human stories of three children who lost their relatives, friends and homes by the raids carried out by the coalition.

The war in Yemen has claimed the lives of about 10,000 people and resulted in the relocation of more than 3 million; in addition to the wide spread of epidemic and fatal diseases.
