Abdulaziz Aqeel joined Al Jazeera Media Network in 2004 and started working in the Human Resources directorate. During his career at Al Jazeera, he has held numerous managerial positions and in 2018, was appointed Deputy Managing Director of Al Jazeera Arabic Channel.
Prior to joining Al Jazeera, Abdulaziz worked in multiple Qatari institutions, including RasGas, Qatar Foundation, and Makeen Holding. He has vast experience in administrative and career development projects that support policies and human resources.
Abdulaziz holds an MBA from the University of Plymouth in the UK and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Qatar University.
