Adnan Rondić is a presenter at Al Jazeera Balkans. He has a bachelor’s degree in communication studies and a master’s degree in political studies at the Faculty of Political Science in Sarajevo, where he participated in the interdisciplinary doctoral studies programme. He has been working as a journalist since 1992, starting his career at the biggest private television in Bosnia and Herzegovina – “Hayat TV”.
He later worked as a correspondent for the Voice of America from Bosnia and Herzegovina, before joining Al Jazeera Balkans in 2011, as a presenter and senior reporter. In addition to working in the studio, he has reported from Turkey, the Turkish –Syrian border, Syria, Egypt, Tunisia, and Iran. He has also covered the Commemorations of Srebrenica Genocide, as well as ICTY judgments for the war crimes committed in the territory of former Yugoslavia.
