Harun Karčić is an executive producer of Current Affairs on Al Jazeera’s Balkans. Over the past decade, he has covered a wide range of events for and reported from the EU, Turkey and Middle East. Harun also wrote numerous academic articles on Islam in post-communist Bosnia and Herzegovina and the role played by foreign powers in the region. Harun is also a presenter on his own show.
