Osman Ayfarah is a principal presenter at Al Jazeera Channel (Arabic) who worked for a number of channels including Dubai TV, Al Arabiya and BBC Arabi. Before joining the Network in 2010, during his career he worked as a reporter, presenter, and producer of news and economic programmes. At Al Jazeera, he has covered the World Cup in Russia from Moscow among other coverage.
In addition to Al Jazeera's main news broadcasts, Osman has presented a number of political programmes such as “The Egyptian Scene” and the “News Race”, and has contributed to the presentation of episodes of “The Big Picture” and “Talk to Al Jazeera” on Al Jazeera English.
Osman participated in covering a number of historical events from around the world, the most prominent of which was his coverage of the war from the Ukrainian capital Kiev, during which he held an exclusive meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
