Mohammed Albinali joined Al Jazeera in 2003 as a sign language presenter and holds academic degrees including a Bachelor in Social Work (Sociology) and a Higher Diploma in Education from Qatar University. He directed several committees for people with hearing impairment and offered sign language courses.
Mohammed is proactive in the field of mental health and sign language, and has been involved in supporting several institutions for people with hearing impairment in the Arab world. He contributed to the translation of a number of international works and documents into sign language.
